Ibero-American Museum of Crafts of Santo Domingo
The Museum is located in the former convent of San Benito Abad, a magnificent 17th century building that was run until 1835 by the Dominican order, from which it takes its present name.
It is equipped with a lighting control system. Different types of scenes can be created depending on what is displayed in the rooms. By means of sensors it is illuminated with different intensities depending on where the visitor is. With all of this, visitor control and significant energy savings are also achieved.
